Sunday Evening Post

Lately whenever I see a bunny, there are quail close by.

Munching on blackberry vines...

And staring at me.

Another bunny with quail.

It's tough to stake out a space of one's own.

The stories those battered ears could tell!

My usual group of deer includes three does and a fawn.

As you can see, the does are not particularly scared of me.

The fawn isn't either.

Animals know where they are safe. Is there a reason the bunnies and the quail are staying close together?
