He loves a sunny winter's day.
Many of the birds do too including the sparrows.
I think I have just one White-throated Sparrow.
That said, it is surprising how often I see the bird.
I do have lots of Golden-crowned Sparrows.
On frosty mornings everyone is puffy.
I have at least four Fox Sparrows - more than I've ever seen before.
Last, but certainly not least my reliables - the Song Sparrows.

Padma looks so happy in the sunshine. We are due again for very cold weather. You do have the most wonderful collection of sparrows I have ever seen!
Such lovely sparrows! You should have your photo of the fox sparrow made into cards! I need to stitch that cute PS cat.
I haven't seen too many sparrows around here, but the neighbors' dogs could be the reason... Gonna have a 'blizzard' here so we shall see what it brings to my feeders, which I cleaned up and refilled today! Love that picture of Mr. Padma Hufflepuff! What a life!
