To celebrate this time of year, I began stitching Ewe & Eye & Friend's "Tangy Tomato". In the southern Willamette Valley, it's been a challenge to grow ripe tomatoes this year. Any fruit - green otherwise - is to be celebrated!
The onions have performed much better - they did not seem to mind our cool, wet spring / early summer.
The zinnias and sunflowers at this "U-Pick" lot were also in full glory.
Is there anything more cheery than a sunflower?
